These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Travel website and the travel-planning, booking and advisory services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1About Us

"Easy Travel" ("we", "us", "our") is a travel-planning and tour-arrangement business based at Pawanbhumi, Wardha Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. We arrange holidays, tours, stays, transfers and related travel services for our clients.

2Our Role & Scope

Easy Travel acts as an intermediary and travel facilitator between you and third-party suppliers — including airlines, hotels, resorts, transport operators, guides, activity providers and other service providers. We do not own, operate or control these third-party services.

All itineraries, suggestions and recommendations shared by us are indicative and provided in good faith to help you plan. Final services are delivered by the respective suppliers, subject to their own terms and availability.

3Enquiries, Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes and itineraries shared are estimates and remain valid only for the period stated, or until supplier rates or availability change — whichever is earlier.
• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, government levies, supplier revisions or seasonal demand, until a booking is confirmed and paid in full.
• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance/payment and issue a written confirmation.
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of names, dates, ages and travel details before confirmation. Corrections after booking may attract supplier charges.

4Payments

• An advance payment is required to initiate bookings; the balance is payable as per the schedule communicated for your trip.
• Full payment must be received before travel documents, vouchers or tickets are issued.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of advances, along with any supplier cancellation charges.
• All payments must be made only to the official Easy Travel account communicated by us in writing. Easy Travel is not responsible for payments made to any unverified account.

5Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by the policies of the underlying suppliers (airlines, hotels, operators), plus an Easy Travel service charge. Refunds, where applicable, are processed only after we receive the corresponding refund from the suppliers, and may take time depending on their processing.

• Certain bookings — such as non-refundable fares, special-fare tickets, peak-season hotels and confirmed visas — may be fully non-refundable.
• Service charges, processing fees and amounts already paid to suppliers are non-refundable.
• No refund is due for unused services, missed flights/transfers, voluntary early departures, or no-shows.

6Visas, Passports & Documentation

It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport, visas, permits and any required health documentation for your journey. While we may assist with visa guidance and documentation, we do not guarantee visa approval, which is at the sole discretion of the concerned authorities. Easy Travel is not liable for visa rejections, delays, denied boarding or entry refusal, and no refund of fees or trip cost will be due on this account.

7Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation, loss of baggage and personal liability. Travel is undertaken at your own risk where insurance is declined.

8Health, Safety & Fitness

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit for your chosen trip, including activities such as safaris, treks, high-altitude travel, water sports and adventure activities. You must disclose any medical conditions. Easy Travel is not liable for any health issues, injuries or consequences arising during travel.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Easy Travel's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service charge/commission actually retained by us for the affected booking.
• We are not liable for any loss, delay, injury, death, damage, inconvenience or additional expense caused by third-party suppliers, acts of God, weather, natural disasters, strikes, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government action, flight delays/cancellations, road conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or any event beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• We are not responsible for changes to itineraries, timings or attractions made by suppliers or required by circumstances on the ground.
• Any maps, weather notes, seasonal advice or "best time to visit" information on our website is indicative only and must be independently verified.

10Your Conduct

You agree to comply with the laws, customs and regulations of all destinations, follow the instructions of guides and operators, and behave responsibly. Suppliers reserve the right to refuse service for misconduct, with no refund. You are liable for any damage you cause to property or third parties during travel.

11Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, logo, brand name, design and graphics — is the property of Easy Travel and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Photographs are used for illustration only and may not depict the exact property or experience delivered.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
